CLOUD Auction requires that you read, understand, accept and comply with the following terms and conditions in order to bid in an online auction hosted by T.T.W.S
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
When you place a bid on CLOUD auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller/auctioneer if you are the winning bidder. You are the winning bidder if your bid is the highest bid at Auction Close and your bid is accepted by the seller/auctioneer. When you purchase a fixed-price item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller/auctioneer.
If you are a winning bidder or purchase a fixed-price item, you agree to pay the seller/auctioneer the full amount of your winning bid amount or the price (for fixed-price items) plus any applicable tax on your purchase, as well as any applicable shipping or delivery charges. You agree to honor the seller/auctioneer requirements regarding method and time of payment.
All Bids are Final. Once you have placed and confirmed a bid, your bid can not be retracted (Only auctioneer has the right to delete/cancel any user bid in terms of auction situation).

Only registered CLOUD Auctioneer can do auction in CLOUD.
CLOUD Auctioneer must describe the auction item in proper and accurate way along with video. For the ‘Racing Pigeon Auction’, auctioneer must submit valid ‘Pigeon Pedigree’.
CLOUD auctioneer must ensure that auction item video is taken not later than 3-7 days prior to auction start.
As a CLOUD auctioneer, you reserve the right to ADD or REMOVE auction items from the auction at any time without notice.
As a CLOUD auctioneer, If you are willing to STOP any running auction for any reason then you must take all the responsibility for that auction also deal with bidders who participates on that auction.
